BASF's Professional Development Programs (PDPs) were created to provide highly motivated, mobile-minded current university students an opportunity to enhance their professional skills through a variety of diverse learning experiences. Participants will contribute to real-world rotational assignments within different domestic locations. They will explore career options and develop technical and professional decision-making skills, while fulfilling specific business needs. Participants also have the opportunity to assess their capabilities, skills, and interests and gain valuable exposure to BASF's culture, values, and decision-makers.

APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS RECEIVING A BACHELOR’S DEGREE BETWEEN DECEMBER 2018 AND AUGUST 2019.
As a highly motivated rising graduate, you will participate in a 24-month cross-functional program with rotations in: Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Procurement or other disciplines within the organization
Your ability to be mobile will be critical, as this program is comprised of multiple eight or twelve-month assignments, all based in separate locations
Successfully engaging across the business, your rotations in areas of sales, marketing, and procurement will expand your network, allow you to grow personally and professionally, and learn a variety of repeatable skill sets
Upon your completion of the program, you may be offered direct placement within the organization in a variety of disciplines in including, but not limited to, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Account Management, Technical Sales, Distribution Account Management, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, or Procurement
Potential start dates are March, July, and September of 2019

Formula for Success:
College seniors finishing a degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, a technical discipline, or other business-related disciplines (graduating between December 2018 – August 2019)
Demonstrated academic achievement
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship
Previous internship/co-op experience is a plus
