Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you to join our team and be responsible for the day-to-day regulatory affairs support for the BASF Care Chemicals EMB and EMO customer interactions. In this role you will provide regulatory affairs support to customers, marketing, R&D, technical service, sales, and quality management and work cooperatively with other regulatory colleagues regionally and globally throughout BASF.
Formula for Success
Leveraging your bachelor’s degree or higher in Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Biology, or other related technical field you will Manage activities to support customer requests for regulatory information on products in the Care Chemicals EMB and EMO portfolios and develop solutions to satisfy atypical customer needs beyond standard content in the EM Product Information (EM-PI) database. Work with the Product Service Managers to create and modify content as needed.
Combining your experience in Cosmetic, Chemical, or Pharma Industry as well as in Chemical Product Stewardship and Product Regulatory fields you will support regulatory aspects of new product launch activities including documentation in EM-PI, assessing inventory status, INCI name determination or submission, CASRN verification, and review with Toxicology.
Your experience with GMP and SAP and related systems will serve you well as you will support completion of raw material questionnaires and database information for a defined customer base as well as develop regulatory statements in support of product and sample import activities.
In accordance with your ability to interact effectively and professionally across organizations as well as with external customers you will manage customer requests to ensure timely response and be responsible for the review of marketing communication materials including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, video scripts, website articles, press releases and emails for NA cosmetic compliance.
