We are seeking a professional like you to join our team in Freeport, TX.
Formula for Success
Using your educational background in Chemistry or Chemical engineering plus your unwavering commitment to workplace safety will be evident as you assure the safe and reliable operation of the Super Absorbent Polymers Plant.
Demonstrating your experience in production optimization, you will continually optimize production capability, operating cost, and product quality.
As a role model, you will provide expertise to the Technology Specialists and establish strategic goals, objectives, and operational budgets for the Strategic Team to assure continuous improvement.
Successfully engaging inside and outside the organization, you will interface with global technology, global R&D and Business Units and provide Customer Support.
Your strong leadership and communication ability will serve you well to drive continuous technology innovations including sustainability aspects like CO 2 and wastewater reduction.
Using your strong business acumen, you will lead the capital budgeting process and provide input and ideas for capital planning.
Your robust troubleshooting ability will be essential as you monitor processing conditions, product quality & trends and troubleshoot process or formulary problems to ensure product quality.
Focused on continuous improvement and efficiency, you will identify improvement / debottlenecking opportunities and develop plans or changes that optimize the process and improve product quality.
