This position manages the maintenance repair parts process including parts conducted offsite and assists in the issuance of critical spare parts to site-wide users.
During your shift as a TMM Stores Specialist, you will
• Maintaining a healthy and accurate stock inventory per maintenance and production requirements.
• Investigating inventory issues to ensure accurate lead times and min/max are set up in SAP as well as pull stores reservations and issue from SAP.
• Working closely with the maintenance community to resolve inventory issues.
• Performing daily cycle counts for Stores inventory and reporting any discrepancies to manager.
• Daily MRP Stores re-ordering as well as creating GSI, RMA, for all Stores repairs going off-site for repair/inspection.
• Offloading and loading material via fork truck for deliveries and back up to Stores MRP Controller Qualifications
• Train and become IATA certified for Sample Shipping and back-up when needed
If you have...
• High School Diploma or education that includes courses in business management, accounting, and mathematics.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple PC applications
• Knowledge of SAP and proficient in Windows/MS Office Products
• The ability to interact positively with customers, suppliers, and trucking companies.
• General Shipping Instructions as well as extensive experience in inventory management
• The ability to set priorities and manage time in a dynamic work environment
