Formula for Success
You will support engineering and construction resource management by maintaining a site-wide capital project portfolio schedule, integrating all aspects of project execution for all supported manufacturing businesses.
You will enable efficient project delivery by developing and maintaining capital project schedules throughout their lifecycles. This will require a thorough understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and turnarounds and the many interfaces between these disciplines.
You will collaborate with various engineering, maintenance, turnaround, construction, procurement, and production disciplines to identify opportunities to optimize capital project execution schedules. Additionally, you will identify mitigation strategies to minimize schedule risk and increase schedule predictability.
You will work closely with other project controls personnel to enhance cost and schedule forecast accuracy during project execution while also developing more efficient and effective methods of providing project controls.
You will collaborate closely with your counterparts at the BASF Freeport site to ensure processes are aligned across both sites while leveraging the lessons learned and best practices of each.
Your deep commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace will be critical as you ensure compliance with all BASF policies, procedures, and technical standards.
This position requires all candidates to either currently possess or obtain and maintain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card from the U. S. Department of Homeland Security.
