We are seeking a professional like you to lead continuous process improvement within the Chemical Intermediates (CIN) Supply Chain organization with direct responsibility for coaching and developing a team of supply professionals responsible for finite scheduling, raw material planning, supply network planning (SNP), loadrack scheduling, collaborating with site logistics and import planning processes. As a key leader within the Chemical Intermediate Supply Chain Organization, we will rely on you to direct inventory and planning processes to ensure that materials and products are available when needed to satisfy plant and customer requirements. You will be critical to ensuring end-to-end accountability needed in the business to improve delivery reliability, the customer experience, and drive growth for our business in North America.

Leveraging your bachelor’s degreeand professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, ProductManagement or Marketing, you will support the overall Sales and OperationPlanning process for the business including continuous process improvement, costcontainment, KPI adherence and product portfolio management.
Your strong knowledge of Supply ChainManagement and Manufacturing concepts is essential as you will identify andimplement improvements in department Supply Chain Management policies,processes, and procedures to ensure end-to-end accountability needed in thebusiness to improve delivery reliability and drive growth for ChemicalIntermediates in North America.
Leading a team of cross-functionalprofessionals, you will encourage and coach team members to strive foroperational excellence by continually challenging old methods or ways of thinkingand taking responsible risks to maximize results.
As a role model, you will promote innovativethinking as well as focusing on quality within work.
Your solid business acumen will be avalued asset as you identify risks for the supply chain, provide probabilitythat the risk will occur, and evaluate "what-if" scenarios to provideunderstanding of the impact within the organization.
Yoursuperior analytical skills, combined with your thorough knowledge of currentSCM concepts and ERP systems, will allow you to develop your team inidentifying and implementing cost saving opportunities as well as leveragingbest practice supply chain concepts within the organization.
Your excellent communication,reporting, and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal, negotiation,influencing and networking skills, will allow you to bring to resolution any conflictsand/or challenges collaborating with Product Management, 3PLs, CorporateFunctions and Global Supply Partners.
Your strong skills relative toproject coordination, time management, multi-tasking, and delivering oncommitments is critical to this role.
