As an Operator Associate for the Coatings Division, you will beresponsible for the safe manufacture of products and intermediates at the Greenville site. This includes operation of chemical processing equipment such as reactors, blend vessels, filtration systems and packaging systems.
During your 8 to 12-hour rotating shift as an Operator Associate, you will be:
Ensuring safe operation of plant equipment with strict adherence to operating procedures
Contributing to a high-performance, self-managed operations team
Able to work rotating shifts with minimal supervision
Reading, recording, and interpreting data to make corrective adjustments when needed
Working effectively with others to ensure on-time delivery to customers
Operating mobile equipment
Maintaining area housekeeping to a high standard

1 year of manufacturing/production experience required.

Compensation Data
BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive starting pay range for this role is $30/h . Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
