Greenville, OH
As our PSM Engineer
Providing process engineering support for continuous improvement project focused on improving quality, productivity, and cost.
Supporting economic and technical evaluation of multiple solutions and prepare all process information for safety reviews.
Maintaining the accuracy of process information (P&ID’s, PFD’s, material balances, SOP’s, process descriptions, etc.)
Supporting PSV revalidations and maintaining PSV records. You will also support Environmental / Regulatory permit calculations.
Providing day to day support to operations in troubleshooting and optimizing production processes.
Leading and participating in PSM/RMP and EHS audits, and PHA revalidations.
If you...
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical Engineering preferred)
7 years previous experience in a PSM covered facility
Good communication skills at all levels of the organization
The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
Previous experience with sizing and maintaining pressure safety devices
Knowledge of SAP, Word, and Excel
Overall knowledge of the operation and maintenance of process equipment typically found in a chemical plant
