What you can expect
In our unit we are developing catalysts for the European truck market. These catalysts will be technically introduced to our customers and we are supporting our customers to deal with the application tasks.
You build and maintain contacts with all technical areas of the vehicle manufacturers in Europe to guarantee a competent customer care.
Moreover, you identify customer needs, develop customer and product strategies and implement projects in product development.
You analyse the market to develop new strategic targets in cooperation with the sales and marketing departments.
In addition, you define customer dedicated test programs and identify the responsible project manager for the execution of the test programs.
Furthermore, you ensure the information exchange with relevant departments.
What we expect
PhD in chemistry, process technology or engineering
Work experience in application engineering or product development in the automotive industry
Detailed knowledge of catalyst chemistry, ideally gas phase chemistry
General knowledge of vehicle technology and terminology
Fluent English and German skills
