Talent Aquisition Advisor – (2201472)

As a Talent Aquisition Advisor , you will be primarily responsible for consultative recruitment of outstanding talent and onboarding new talent. You will partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand their business and talent needs to ensure the highest quality candidates are presented in the most time-effective manner. You will collaborate across sourcing, candidate care and diversity strategy, leveraging critical thinking and influencing skills to resolve complex and challenging situations. You will also be a key member of the Petrochemicals HR team by supporting projects and initiatives.

Formula for Success: You Will…

  • Leverage your organizational strategy and labor market knowledge to find top talent while influencing business leader expectations on talent availability (by leveraging market analytics) helping them find the right balance between speed and quality.

  • Leverage your full life cycle recruiting experience, as you will manage, develop, and execute a staffing strategy for the North American Petrochemicals Division (Texas, Louisiana and Canada) focused on creative sourcing methods to identify high-potential, diverse talent.

  • Remain current with recruiting best practices to effectively screen and extend offers of employment to successful candidates.

  • Partner with internal clients to develop and execute recruitment strategies in varied regional markets within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, while maintaining ownership of the candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Leverage your utilization of Talent Acquisition tools and applicant tracking systems and collaborate with external recruiting partners and vendors if needed

  • Capitalize on your strong organizational skills by organizing and maintaining your own requisitions, managing and facilitating phone screens, dispositioning candidates, and working with our Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure flawless scheduling for interviews.

  • Use your strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with the hiring managers to consult, customize, and coach on interview preparation, ensuring seamless execution

  • Leverage your understanding of how to engage new talent as you assist with the facilitatation of new hire onboarding
