Project engineering is a critical role within the site as you will provide a key point for investment to ensure we stay at the leading edge of the industry. In this role, you will marry the skills of a disciplined and efficient project manager with a solid understanding of industrial automation and process control.

Formulafor Success

  • Leveraging your extensive educationalbackground in Chemical Engineering or a related field, along with yourplant/project engineering operations experience, you will lead capitalinvestment project teams by providing direction in the support of criticaltasks such as engineering, process evaluations development, operatingprocedures, equipment selection, and project support.

  • Your strong fundamental knowledge ofEngineering and Science will be a valued asset as you will champion projectscope development and ensure basic engineering completeness while applyingtechniques that add value.

  • Your excellent project management skills willbe essential as you will manage multiple small- and medium-size projects thatvary in scope and complexity.

  • Your commitment to safety will be critical asyou will be relied on to maintain a safe and productive workplace and ensurecompliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and technical standards.

  • Utilizing your extensive communication andpresentation skills, you will lead the development of project technicalpackages that include P&IDs, equipment layouts, specifications ofcomponents in full compliance with applicable industry standards.

  • Driving strategic decisions for the business,you will generate RFQ packages for competitive bidding, review of vendorsubmittals, and work with Procurement to purchase necessary equipment.
