Drive commercial growth in assigned market by executing strategies based on local needs. Drive new customer acquisition and retain customer base.
Formula for Success:
Completion of all work with a commitment & focus on following all aspects of the guiding principles of BASF Responsible Care
Operationalize segment/region strategy through concrete activities to achieve plan
Plan and forecast sales with assigned accounts and segment
Continuously analyze up/cross-selling opportunities within accounts and assigned segment
Develop new business and provide process consulting and process support
Identify customer and market requirements, share market insights and trends with marketing
Manage sales project pipeline
Execute pricing initiatives on local level
Ingredients for Success:
BS Degree required
2-5 years of experience required
Customer acquisition mentality for new customer acquisition and continuous up-/cross-selling opportunities
Commercial expertise e.g. contract and price negotiation
Relationship management
Technical consulting capabilities regarding products and processes
Technical service knowhow
