Where the Chemistry Happens
Under the leadership of the Global Director of HR & Communications, you will be instrumental to support the execution of our corporate and Catalysts (CC) strategy by developing an empowering, diverse and inclusive culture. Equally critical for this role is to architect ways to ensure that the organization has the right capabilities to win in the marketplace, connecting great culture to a great customer experience, through empowered teams, agile mindset and ways of working.
As a thought leader, you will continue to refine our philosophy and guiding principles regarding how we build skills and capabilities to drive future growth. As a change agent, you will drive critical development initiatives globally. Finally, as a key influencer, you will need to create and sustain key relationships within a complex work environment, build credibility through demonstrated expertise in the areas of organizational effectiveness and culture, having the vision and tenacity to deliver real change.
This role is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive CC vision and strategy for culture development.
You will use your skills and education to:
Develop a cohesive strategy and roadmap for Culture and Org Capability, including Org Dev and Effectiveness, Change Management & Transformation, delivering solutions that accelerate critical capabilities and skills for the organization to support the business strategy and drive performance.
Ensure alignment of programs and initiatives developed across the talent spectrum, connecting Leadership Excellence and Development to Culture and Org Capability,
Serve as a thought leader and a change agent, playing an active role consulting and driving the enterprise agenda for the respective
Engage with senior leaders and other key stakeholders across the organization to influence and gain buy-in on the vision and solutions in the areas Culture & Org Capability
Utilize internal and external network to identify innovative solutions and the best means for integrating those solutions into the organization in a clear, effective manner.
Track and manage the overall efficiency and effectiveness of solutions within the scope of the team.
Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business or related fields; Advanced degree preferred
8 years of related HR experience
Developed, implemented and evaluated Culture change initiatives in a large, complex global work environment (multiple business units and geographies with global considerations).
Led large-scale change initiatives within a complex business environment with multiple key diverse stakeholders, both from HR and the business.
Integrated transformational solutions across the enterprise to respond to business needs and demands.
Strong Communications and Listening skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including Collaboration
Ability to influence without authority, leveraging organizational insight and savvy
Ability to interface with various levels of management, including challenging the status quo where necessary
Strong coaching and negotiating skills
Demonstrating effective leadership in ambiguous and complex situations
