Performance Management Analyst (1902167) – Iselin, NJ or Seneca, SC or Huntsville, AL

Where the Chemistry Happens

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional like you to drive Performance Management reporting improvements in the Catalyst Division. You will work with our sites and the Responsible Care functional units to provide transparency of performance for Responsible Care, Continuous Improvement and other Operations KPIs. You will drive improvements in our Responsible Care reporting processes by leveraging data visualization tools. You will also drive improved analysis of Responsible Care and Continuous Improvement KPIs to identify opportunities for performance improvement.

Formula for Success

  • Working collaboratively with a high degree of flexibility and an ability to learn and adapt to new approaches quickly, you will work effectively with Operations teams, the Responsible Care function, as well as other global functions on an international level.

  • Leveraging your Bachelor's degree or higher and your experience in data structuring and analytics, using programming languages such as Structured Query Language (SQL), Visual Basic, Microsoft Power Query, R, or Python, you will transform structured, semi-structured and unstructured data into consumable data to deliver actionable intelligence through data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.

  • Your robust analytical ability will be essential as you develop compelling detailed analyses coupled with an ability to holistically analyze data and information to provide insights to various stakeholders within the Operating Division.You will transform data to information through agile working methods.

  • Utilizing your knowledge and impactful application of visualization software tools like Tableau and Power BI and their industrial utilization, you will support development of reporting and analysis tools through the use of Tableau, Power BI and other data visualization tools.

  • Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will be a valued asset as you establish sustainable internal relationships.

  • Your ability to use and adapt to digital technologies will serve you well as you work to evolve new methods and approaches.

  • Exhibiting a mindset of entrepreneurial spirt, intrinsic motivation, and desire to continuously learn, you will share your imagination of how digitization can be applied to our business/industry.
