We are seeking a detail-oriented professional like you to drive Performance Management reporting improvements in the Catalyst Division. You will work with our sites and the Responsible Care functional units to provide transparency of performance for Responsible Care, Continuous Improvement and other Operations KPIs. You will drive improvements in our Responsible Care reporting processes by leveraging data visualization tools. You will also drive improved analysis of Responsible Care and Continuous Improvement KPIs to identify opportunities for performance improvement.

Workingcollaboratively with a high degree of flexibility and an ability to learnand adapt to new approaches quickly, you will work effectively withOperations teams, the Responsible Care function, as well as other globalfunctions on an international level.
Leveragingyour Bachelor's degree or higher and your experience in data structuring and analytics, using programminglanguages such as Structured Query Language (SQL), Visual Basic, MicrosoftPower Query, R, or Python, you will transform structured, semi-structuredand unstructured data into consumable data to deliver actionableintelligence through data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Your robustanalytical ability will be essential as you develop compelling detailedanalyses coupled with an ability to holistically analyze data andinformation to provide insights to various stakeholders within theOperating Division.You willtransform data to information through agile working methods.
Utilizing yourknowledge and impactful application of visualization software tools likeTableau and Power BI and their industrial utilization, you will supportdevelopment of reporting and analysis tools through the use of Tableau,Power BI and other data visualization tools.
Youreffective communication and interpersonal skills will be a valued asset asyou establish sustainable internal relationships.
