What you can expect
Our unit Digital Farming Commercial supports the development and launches of different products including processing as well as channel positioning.
You will identify global and local offering components as well as implement the local business plan and KPI's.
Furthermore, you will validate offer value with growers in key crops as well as give input to global development processes.
You will coordinate the local offer development as well as establish a community of practice for Digital Farming.
In addition, you will lead the implementation of local go-to-markets, front-end-support as well as order-to-cash.
Last but not least, you will coordinate the local market communication and support new product developments.
What we expect
PhD or Master's degree in business or agriculture
Several years of professional experience in agricultural business
Experience in business development as well as affinity for IT
Skilled in analytical thinking, leadership, communication as well as decision-making
Fluent English and German language skills
