In the Performance Materials Division, we develop innovative plastics and foams for all kinds of applications. Whether it is for cars, buildings, or sports goods - we always look for the ideal material solution. To do this, we work closely with our customers: from production and logistics to research and sales, all the way to component testing, design consulting and simulation.

What you can expect

Our unit Human Resources BASF Polyurethanes GmbH is looking for a bright and creative student to support us within Talent Management for up to six months.

  • As an intern, you will support us in the continuous development of talent management tools as well as processes for our automotive industry target group.

  • Furthermore, you will organise exchange formats to discuss automotive talents as well as key positions and support the networking of the BASF Automotive Talent Pipeline across divisions.

  • You will be given the opportunity to co-create a communication campaign providing transparency on the automotive talent pipeline, KPIs and improvement potentials.

  • Show your analytical skills by conducting data analysis and designing presentations to evaluate our talent pipeline and potential gaps.

  • Last but not least, you will support further activities related to BASF automotive talent management and HR.

What we expect

  • enrolled student of business administration, human resources or (organisational) psychology (at least 90 ECTS)

  • ideally, first practical experience in HR or organizational development

  • knowledge of the HR value chain and statistical methods

  • communication and presentation skills in English and German

  • great curiosity, quick comprehension and a high degree of self-organization
