We have immediate openings for full-time seasonal positions :
SEED PROCESS OPERATOR – We have open positons in Seed Cleaning, Seed Treating & Packaging and Warehouse.
Located in Lethbridge, AB and reporting to the Department Supervisor, you will work within a team environment to ensure the efficient, effective and safe operation of all equipment employed for the cleaning, treating and packaging of canola seed.
As the successful candidate, you will possess mechanical aptitude and have experience in a processing or manufacturing facility. You will be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, a positive teamwork attitude and the ability to work independently.
This is an excellent opportunity for team oriented individuals looking for full-time seasonal employment from August until April.

Grade 12 Diploma
Experience in a production environment is an asset
Computer literate with demonstrated flexibility in learning
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to maintain harmony and morale on the plant floor on a daily basis
Ability to solve problems and resolve difficult situations as equipment or production delays requires some independent judgment / problem solving skills
Good work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Being able to provide clear, concise general instructions for team effectiveness and productivity requires proficient English skills
Able to follow set standards and procedures in a safe manner
This position may require participation in a shift rotation with other Seed Process Operators
Availability to work 40 hours/week on a regular schedule and various shift schedules (24 hour operations)
Team members must be willing to work overtime shifts if possible when required by business needs during peak periods.
Transportation is required, as our site is not accessible by Lethbridge Transit
Please note that this position requires the ability to work at heights, wear a dust mask, lift loads up to 30kg and work in ambient temperature environments.
