What you can expect
We are looking for a candidate to join our global Formulation Development & Analytics unit and help us develop crop protection formulations as soon as possible.
You will develop and optimize new crop protection formulations, using advanced research methods and processes drawn from physical chemistry, biology and agronomy.
Working within interdisciplinary teams, you will work on issues of market-driven development projects and you will manage innovation projects up to the point of transfers to production.
Within our team, you will manage a research lab and assume responsibility for leading employees toward goal-oriented, cost-conscious and secure work.
You will monitor and evaluate market and research trends as well as the activities of competitors and will update your professional knowledge and skills within your own field on an ongoing basis.
You will also initiate and work on internal and external projects independently and actively participate in building as well as developing professional networks and both internal and external cooperative initiatives.
What we expect
You have a degree (M.Sc./Diploma/Ph.D.) in chemistry or comparable qualifications.
You already have experience in the area of formulation, galenical formulation or personal care product development.
You have also already been able to gain experience in the area of project management and presentation of your results and you are familiar with the technologies used in your own working field and with the processes within a research lab.
You are accustomed to using your excellent English and German language skills in your day-to-day work and you are able to communicate on a targeted and proactive basis within an interdisciplinary team.
Personally, you impress with your high level of determination and orientation toward goals, and your strengths include a focus on performance and innovation.
