Agro Professional Development: Research and Technical (2300373)

Where the Chemistry Happens…

The Agro Professional Development Program (PDP) recruits highly motivated, recent university graduates to join BASF’s Canadian Crop Protection Division.

The PDP role is 24 months in length; with terms spent working in field research, technical development or commercial teams. The roles will be located across western Canada and will focus on an array of functions such as pathology, entomology, and weed science. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible for full time roles in research, technical service or sales.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…

  • MSc with emphasis in agronomy, weed science, pathology, entomology, biology or a related field.

  • BSc with the above background including a min 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Self-motivated and results oriented

  • Customer focused.

  • Strong influencing and impact skills.

  • Team orientation.

  • A Passion for Agriculture.

  • Valid Driver’s License is mandatory
