What you can expect
As the Agility Master within our Digital Business Models & Solutions team you will facilitate our Seamless Customer Experience agile portfolio management, ensuring that multiple involved stakeholders respect and adhere to agile principles. Your goal is to establish a more effective and efficient workflow of agile cross-product teams.
You coach and support involved stakeholders in the portfolio management process (Product Owners, Dev Teams and Decision Makers) in agile ways of working, being the focal point for questions from all involved stakeholders.
Furthermore, you support the usage of the tool in which the portfolio will be managed as well as the agile cross-product portfolio management activities in general.
You facilitate key team events (e.g., refinements, retrospectives, product family council meetings) and help your team identify as well as implement improvement opportunities.
Keeping the overall Seamless Customer Experience architecture in mind, you constantly conduct "adherence checks" to architectural principles and guidelines defined by the Community of Solution Architects making sure that solutions are developed.
What we expect
Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Systems, Business Informatics or Business Administration with focus on Information Technology
2 to 3 years of practical experience as Agility Master
fluent in German and English (oral and written)
high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to navigate an organization's digitized workflow system
ability to communicate effectively and build networks, strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial drive
