What you can expect

Our Change and Communications unit takes care of internal and external communication as well as the support of change processes for the areas of plant engineering and technical expertise worldwide.

  • As a Global Manager you will define, prepare and lead projects as well as topics in a global team with focus on Europe and North America using agile ways of working.

  • In this context, you will also drive a sustainable, long-term culture of continuous improvement based on Lean Six Sigma principles and Change Management.

  • You will develop concepts and provide trainings about agile tools and methods within the organization.

  • Furthermore, you will impart your experience in building high performing teams by developing agile and CI leaders across the Customized Solutions division and ensure that the CI culture thrives in the organization, based on practical knowledge about agile organizations.

  • You are responsible for the assessment of existing operational and methodic capabilities in the organization as well as for the drive and management of change processes.

  • Last but not least, you will ensure the efficiency, effectiveness and customer orientation driving diverse and interdisciplinary teams to success.

What we expect

  • degree in engineering, economics, or comparable and several years of professional experience in an agile environment or with Change Management

  • work experience in project management and knowledge in work and organizational psychology would be beneficial

  • experience in agile and lean management as well as in process consulting/management (e.g. practical experiences as a “Scrum Master”)

  • strong communication skills in English makes it easy for your to connect with new people

  • high customer focus and enthusiasm for innovation
