What you can expect
Within our unit Supply Chain Management & Asset Optimization, you will be dealing with the global production steering of the end-to-end supply chain of a given product portfolio as well as regional production planning for certain products.
In your role as Global Supply Chain Planner, you will constantly review as well as drive planning bucket improvements and increase supply reliability as well as availability and resolve global portfolio availability conflicts.
As well, you will conduct system integrated planning with APO, including maintaining planning master data in SAP and will identify opportunities for process improvements as well as drive innovations.
Furthermore, you will prepare and lead local as well as global production planning meetings, ensuring aligned plans and execution with all process parties.
You will take appropriate actions within the S&OP framework to define and optimize planning or inventory models, develop appropriate KPIs and monitor the performance.
Last but not least, you will build strong relationships with various internal capabilities and be able to address day-to-day issues as well as ensure timely resolution.
What we expect
bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or supply chain management
minimum of five to eight years of experience in production scheduling, planning and inventory management
proficient user of SAP (planning) systems and MS Office applications
fluent in English and German
strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
