What you can expect

We are the world's leading producer of catalysts. Our Technology and Investments unit ensures this success by developing, optimizing and implementing the most reliable and best production technologies according to customers' needs.

  • You will manage a global team. Together, you will be responsible for the further development and evolution of production technologies and the strategy.

  • In this context, you will ensure compliance with the R&D budget and ongoing communication with partners.

  • You will prioritize and allocate technology resources and include other subject areas, such as OpEx (Operational Excellence), as needed.

  • You will also manage the development of the global technology standardization and harmonization measures and the globally standardized safety and security concepts.

  • As a representative of the unit, you will be the point of contact for technical questions and issues.

What we expect

  • You have a degree in chemistry, process engineering or chemical engineering.

  • You have amassed professional experience in the technology and production environment. You are familiar with catalysts.

  • You have project and management experience and are able to connect customer needs and requirements with the company's interests.

  • You also enjoy driving change forward and assume responsibility for results.

  • Your excellent German and English language skills allow you to communicate convincingly and authentically in international teams as well.
