As a specialized service unit we ensure a high level of customer orientation and we design our services to be cooperative, efficient and future-oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In our Talent Management & People Engagement unit, you have the opportunity to complete an internship of up to 6 months with immediate effect and get to know Talent & Community Management.
In this role, you are a part of conception, preparation and implementation of various talent management activities and meetings (e.g. HR retreats, workshops, talent speed dating).
You are involved in community management activities, such as organizing events to exchange knowledge and experience, recruiting events, etc.
Additionally, you support various (interdisciplinary) projects and take responsibility for research, benchmarks and the creation of presentations etc. on a wide range of HR, talent & community management topics.
You actively work on the creation and further development of concepts, such as trainee programs, talent pools, diversity & inclusion measures.
Furthermore, you support Community Management with communication tasks, e.g. writing posts for internal media, creating videos or setting up websites.
QUALIFICATIONS
ongoing studies in business administration, psychology, human resources management or a comparable field
very good knowledge of English, German is a plus
conscientious and reliable way of working
interest in continuing as a working student after completing the internship
