What you can expect

Become a part of our team at trinamiX as Invention Manager (m/f/d).

  • You will work very closely with our development team and help identify ideas for potential invention disclosures from intermediate and work results.

  • You will support and lead the elaboration of ideas into invention disclosures, which you then hand over to our IP management.

  • In addition, you will work constructively with our development team to develop options that exclude possible infringements of third party intellectual property rights.

  • You will conduct smaller patent/literature searches independently or guide our external search partners.

  • In line with our business strategy, you will drive idea development in areas that are strategically relevant to us.

What we expect

  • degree in natural sciences ideally supplemented by a PhD

  • technical experience in at least one of the fields of optics, lasers, light, cameras, spectroscopy or software

  • experience in writing invention disclosures is an advantage

  • basic knowledge of intellectual property law is a plus

  • very good English skills, German is a plus

  • communication skills and sociability

  • self-organization and the ability to familiarize yourself with topics independently

  • enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and diligent working methods
