What you can expect
Within our New Technologies & Licensing unit you will actively support growth by licensing BASF-technologies in cooperation with technology providers.
By developing strategies for existing and new licensing segments you will create licensing business models in cooperation with engineering partners and/or end users.
Making technical quotations and providing technical process consulting to customers will be assigned to you.
You will manage warranty and liability issues for running contracts as well as develop and negotiate proposals for new license contracts.
Introducing new licensing packages to the market and developing pricing strategies will be included in your tasks.
You will assume the management of licensing projects and initiate as well as steer process design package development projects.
What we expect
Having obtained a PhD or a Master´s degree in chemical engineering you were able to gain several years of experience in the chemical industry.
In the process, you have gathered experience with customer interaction.
Your sound knowledge of reaction/reactor technologies, licensing business and contract management enables you to act entrepreneurially.
You are an analytical thinker as well as a skilled team worker and project manager.
