What you can expect
As a Manufacturing and Site Logistics Process Designer you are responsible for designing enterprise-wide business processes, actively engaging the business units and functional units to ensure accurate understanding of their needs and implementing them in close collaboration with the IT Delivery team.
You will contribute to the development of process strategies in our process area in close alignment with the operating divisions and functions, and with the regions, ensuring the balancing of their needs between harmonized and differentiated processes.
You will work on topics with process innovation, where you need to consider external trends and technological advances. You will have many chances to present your process innovation ideas to the business and functional units.
You will also actively promote exchange of best practice processes and solutions and ensure sustainable maintenance of process knowledge among the user communities.
Fostering continuous process improvement is an essential activity within Process Strategy and you will contribute in developing and utilizing process performance metrics and analytics to identify and initiate process improvements.
Finally, you are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of process documentation within the documentation applications and guidelines provided by business process management.
What we expect
You have earned a bachelor´s or master´s degree in business administration or supply chain management. You have been working several years in a supply chain function or in operations.
You are familiar with business processes in the area of production and logistics and understand the relevant SAP modules.
Your past activities have familiarized you with both project and change management.
You have excellent presentation and relationship building skills, and do not hesitate to change between analytical and creative working styles depending on your counterpart. Your forward-looking mindset will add to your interpersonal competencies.
You are well-versed in using MS Office products and understand internal processes, roles and responsibilities. Knowledge in programming or coding can be of advantage.
You have experience in working in a matrixed setting and demonstrate good communication skills in both German and English.
