What you can expect

Our consultants provide effective recommendations and sustainable solutions for BASF's leadership team.

  • You are at the forefront: As a (sub-) project manager, you take responsibility for the budget, schedule, and scope of your (sub-)project during implementation through structured coordination of business and functional areas.

  • From the beginning, you will be involved in impactful projects and can contribute to the preparation, coordination as well as the implementation of medium to large acquisitions and divestitures.

  • Achieve more together: Together with your team you will work on complex projects in the areas of post-merger integration and carve-out, delivering effective solutions to top management and BASF units.

  • As part of your project work, you will get to know BASF's diverse business areas, create a network at top management level and receive individual support for your personal development.

  • Updating and expanding our methods, concepts and tools for PMI and carve-out projects completes your range of tasks.

What we expect

  • degree in Economics, Chemistry, Engineering or similar

  • some years of M&A project experience in a renowned, international management consultancy, auditing or investment bank

  • fluent English skills and enthusiasm for working in a truly international team
