What you can expect
Our business unit Global Quality Management Chemical Catalysts assures the quality of our processes as well as our products and works to optimize them on an ongoing basis.
In this position, you will monitor and coordinate all activities with an eye to quality management (QM) for the business of our internal customers and the production activities of the unit at the Ludwigshafen site.
You will work closely with the QM representatives of other sites and units.
In addition, you will plan internal system, process and customer audits and provide support during performance of management reviews.
You will also implement QM training sessions and will maintain the systems with regard to document management and tracking of measures.
You will support suppliers in their QM development and will perform supplier audits where applicable.
You will use specified methods to help colleagues analyze the root causes of errors and will analyze quality deviation trends on your own and initiate countermeasures.
What we expect
You have a degree in safety, health and environmental protection or a similar discipline and have several years of experience in quality Management, project management and in database maintenance.
In addition, you are familiar with QM tools such as FMEA, investigative and advising methods and document management Systems. And you have gained solid knowledge and skills relating to process advising.
You have excellent knowledge and skills in the area of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, are an auditor in these fields (at least ISO 9001) and are ideally a proficient user of SAP R/3.
You communicate with business fluency, self-confidently and authentically in English and German and think across team and unit lines.
