What you can expect
Our global business unit G-ENA is responsible for the animal nutrition, fragrance and flavoring segments and represents our unit EN Nutrition & Health in Europe. This position is anchored at G-ENA but works for EN globally.
As a regional caretaker PMM, you will be the superuser in Europe for all PMM modules, including price optimizer, deal optimizer and scientific analysis.
Furthermore, you will drive the EN pricing process and the related change management across sales and product management in Europe.
You will define, track and drive pricing process improvements together with our stakeholders and share best practices within our EN business units in Europe.
To our representative communities, you will provide tool and process trainings.
You will maintain the application excellence as well as the mass uploads and collaborate with Masterdata Management & Controlling to steer PMM tools and related processes effectively.
What we expect
Bachelor's degree in Economics
at least two years of professional experience
in-depth knowledge of pricing policy, sales processes and change management
experienced in dealing with MS Office applications
fluent in German and English
