What you can expect
In our Global Ecotoxicology unit, you will work in a multidisciplinary team and supervise studies on plant protection products and their development.
To support the sustainable development of products, you will develop, optimize and validate new in-vitro methods in close cooperation with our internal laboratory.
You will work in cross-departmental teams with e.g. toxicology and research to define suitable approaches.
In order to find the best approaches, you will communicate and cooperate with toxicology and research to expand the laboratory assays portfolio.
Last but not least, you will present results to an internal and external scientific audience.
What we expect
PhD in biology (ecotoxicology, molecular or cell biology) or toxicology or in a related field
ability to transfer and link molecular information to an organism level and include in-vitro screens in conceptual frameworks
experience with establishment of new methods
experience with standard IT solutions
fluent English and basic German language skills
