What you can expect

Our Reliability Maintenance and Technical Materials Management unit optimizes processes and implements them within customer organizations as a global service unit. We advise our internal customers in order to help them increase plant and equipment availability and improve maintenance and replacement parts processes. We also support customers with change management activities in the introduction of new processes.

  • You will work primarily on standardizing E&I devices and equipment and will be responsible for the development, implementation and usability of standards in planning and maintenance processes.

  • At the same time, you will prepare concepts to utilize standardization for the company in a way that drives value, thereby ensuring continuous improvement in standardization.

  • You will develop best practice solutions for the use of technical materials master data in the processes of various units.

  • In addition, you will analyze the process flows between the units and contribute your expertise in optimization projects.

  • You will be responsible for achieving project goals, including change management activities. You will also monitor compliance with the project budget, timelines and fulfillment of quality standards.

What we expect

  • You have a degree in engineering with a focus on automation or electrical engineering or comparable qualifications.

  • You also have several years of professional experience in positions of responsibility in engineering, purchasing, market management or maintenance.

  • Thanks to your activities to date, you have also gained comprehensive experience in project management and are happy to demonstrate your abilities to optimize processes.

  • You are accustomed to mastering your tasks in both German and English and are a proficient user of IT applications.

  • You are also able to see things from the viewpoints of others and can think strategically and take action entrepreneurially.
