What you can expect
Our unit Engineering accompanies different divisions in the implementation of investment projects. We are involved in this process from concept development to realization.
You plan and handle large projects in terms of function, time and costs.
With the personnel selection and the coworker development you support professionally.
You support the project implementation strategy, coordinate both the project participants and suppliers and develop the concept planning.
You monitor our contractors and ensure that our projects are completed on time and on budget.
As part of your development, you are also available for international deployment.
What we expect
You have completed your degree in process engineering or chemical engineering and have several years of professional experience in project engineering management in international plant engineering (> 10 years), preferably in the chemical industry.
You have carried out functional, timely and cost-effective planning and execution of projects and have appropriate methodological competence as well as very good knowledge of legal requirements, technical regulations and standards.
You have several years of experience in concept and detail planning.
As Project Engineering Manager, you have managed teams of all required disciplines in the execution of projects and have developed the resource requirements on a project-related basis.
In the communication and interaction with others, you see a great added value and take into account in your actions always ecological and economic aspects. They stand for compliance with safety requirements.
Your good command of German and English can be used on the international stage through to contract negotiations in the field of engineering.
