What you can expect
In close cooperation with the electronics development department, you will plan and manage several international software development projects in an agile environment.
In all project phases, you are the first point of contact for all software-related questions for the product owners as well as the development teams.
You will manage and moderate the software teams, taking into account quality, cost and delivery targets. In cooperation with the team leaders, you are responsible for multi-project management.
Your task is also the identification of deviations and the initiation of corrective actions including the responsibility of project-related change management.
In addition, project reporting is your responsibility and you will ensure the process-compliant delivery of the software together with our software architect.
What we expect
Completed university studies or technician training with a focus on computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
Sound experience in software development projects, ideally with agile approach
Practical experience in agile project management, as well as very good knowledge of processes and methods
Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
High degree of creativity and empathy
