What you can expect
Our Supply Chain Excellence unit drives the continuous development of the "Nutrition & Health" supply chain in the business and in the perception of our customers.
In the development of global and cross-functional supply chain concepts, you will support the business segments as well as the regions.
You will implement measures for the global end-to-end control of the supply chain.
Furthermore, you will identify innovative supply chain concepts as well as best practice examples and contribute to the continuous improvement, automation as well as digitalization of our processes and services for our customers.
You will further develop existing methods as well as tools and develop implementation plans as well as training programs.
In order to exploit synergies, you will regularly exchange information with business units and supply chain service units.
What we expect
successfully completed studies in economics or business administration
at least two years of professional experience in supply chain management, logistics and project management
distinctive supply chain competencies with a holistic end-to-end orientation
fluent German and English language skills
very good analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking as well as digital competence and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
