What you can expect
We, the E-power management team of BASF New Business GmbH, are selling and developing NAS batteries for stationary storage applications. You are responsible for the strategic marketing and product management of our NAS battery business.
Based on your experience and expertise, you support and develop actively the NAS business strategy, including the target setting of future commercial and technical development needs.
You support investment and M&A decisions using your experience in DCF calculations as well as documentation and presentations for management decisions.
As a product manager you are responsible to achieve the sales and profit targets and you will be updating the market and competitor research on a regular basis.
You define the price range and prioritize projects in coordination with the sales team.
Furthermore, you plan and match the rolling forecast concerning production capacity and warehouse planning.
What we expect
Master's degree with scientific, engineering or business background with strong affinity to technical areas
professional knowledge in the field of strategic marketing and product management
experience in working with interdisciplinary teams
high level of analytical and strategic thinking as well as excellent communication skills in both English and German
ability of completing successfully even controversial issues
