What you can expect

Within our Coating Pigments unit, you will assume responsibility for managing the Global Category Buyers for the Titanium Dioxides & Compounds category in functional terms.

  • It is your responsibility to develop, implement and monitor the strategy for a global category and for setting overall conditions and the objectives of Tenders as well as negotiations.

  • You will work closely with internal Business Partners and suppliers.

  • Preparing reports, market analyses and price forecasts will also be included in your tasks as well as introducing agreed procurement processes.

  • You will identify potential for development and for generating value also being responsible for their implementation.

What we expect

  • After completing your degree in economics or natural sciences, you have amassed several years of professional experience in the commercial area (e. g. purchasing, marketing, sales).

  • Ideally, you have already led a team in an international environment and have acquired extensive skills and knowledge in the fields of project management and conducting negotiations.

  • You are a proficient user of the MS Office products and SAP.

  • Your excellent German and English language skills allow you to persuade others in discussions with german and international partners and to present your work results vividly and understandably.
