What you can expect
Our Sustragil team is a young internal software startup that supports the chemical industry to become future-proof. Our team does pioneering work, combining the necessary technical expertise and dynamism. Our software digitizes product safety processes, enabling the development of safe and sustainable products in the long run.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will act as the point of contact for all questions relating to the technical product.
Based on interdisciplinary agreements with the Sales and Business Development, you will define as well as align the product requirements and roadmap.
You will create defined user stories and EPICS in direct coordination with content experts from Product Safety as well as work closely with the development team.
You will create clear requirement documents for the product, both written and visual, and build a knowledge base for internal as well as external communication purposes.
Last but not least, you will also prioritize and manage the product backlog.
What we expect
at least three years of experience in software startups or agile enterprise environments
strong ability to derive a concrete prioritized approach from complex issues and an eye for details
experience with the entire software development lifecycle and agile, customer-centric development methodology (SCRUM)
good knowledge of software architectures based on microservices in the cloud and tech stack (LoadBalancer, CDN, API gateway, Spring, Docker, React, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, Terraform)
experience in leading international remote and/or nearshore teams
