What you can expect

In our Regional Business Unit Construction Chemicals Europe, you are responsible for the organization, integration and steering of HR activities outside Germany and contribute to a forward-looking HR strategy tailored to the business unit's goals.

  • You are the functional lead of approximately 15 employees of the HR Business Partner Organization in more than ten European countries.

  • You ensure the harmonization and further development of our European organization with regard to all HR processes, keeping your operational focus on recruitment, development and succession planning for local management positions.

  • Furthermore you implement and revise compensation programs and remuneration systems, ensuring they are in line with local markets.

  • You steer annual salary reviews and work on developing and analyzing salary budgets.

  • You also take care of developing, revising, and recommending HR policies, approaches and procedures.

What we expect

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or in a similar field.

  • You have an experience of 5-10 years in strategic and operational HR work and leadership experience.

  • Proactively consulting and advising belong to your main strengths.

  • You bring as well outstanding communication skills in English and ideally in German.

  • Finally, you are open to new challenges, customer-oriented and problem-solving oriented.
