We are seeking a professional like you to manage customer relationships and strategic partnerships for the co-creation and implementation of customer- and consumer focused concepts for mutual business development
Formula for Success: You Will…
Manage the customer relationships and partnerships, identify opportunities and collect ideas for added value concepts and bring these to the team for development.
As Customer Lead accountable and responsible to reach the objectives (sales, projects, strategies and actions) short, medium and long term at the selected customers.
Plan, develop and implement (trade)marketing activities with customers and partners to generate sales of produce that will induce seed sales of Nunhems varieties.
Sell or help selling innovative concepts by maintaining a strong link to the crop team.
Drive consumer & customer insights and the early identification and understanding of key market trends, threats and opportunities to support direction for decisions in our company as well as the customers.
Contribute to the industry mapping – understand the network of businesses and relationships and bring this input to the partner selection and portfolio management processes.
Foster innovation and contribute to building the image of a credible partner by ensuring visibility and active knowledge sharing internal and external.
· Bachelor degree
· Min 5 years experience in the industry close to consumer with a strong knowledge and practical insights in the relevant partnering segment
· Relationship architect, focused on building partnerships and nurturing long-term customer-relationships based on the in-depth understanding of the customer
· Ability to think in customer-centric concepts and to develop joint customer strategies
· Entrepreneurial spirit and willing to take on challenges
· Excellent team player and strong informal leadership capabilities
· Plans & Aligns; Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
· Advanced written and verbal communication skills
· Must be willing to travel up to 40% and some travel to Canada.
