Agronomic Sales Rep (2202474) - Southern Minnesota (Remote)

Where the Chemistry Happens

Sales at BASF revolves around the customer experience and driving profitable growth. The foundation for this is a strong team that brings specific application, industry and market knowledge in order to understand the diverse markets where we build trusting and satisfying customer relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing retail accounts in your own territory, meeting BASF specified targets by creating value for the existing customer base and prospecting for new customers with products, services, and/or solutions from BASF. You will report directly to the District Sales Manager.

Formula for Success

  • Leveraging your Bachelor Degree and professional background in a Sales and Account Management capacity, you will implement marketing programs with key retailers and launch new products into this geography.

  • Utilizing your 8 years' experience in agricultural sales. Ideal candidate will also bring 3 years account management.

  • Your strong application, industry, and market knowledge within the diverse markets we operate in will be a valued asset as you create demand for innovative products with key growers.

  • Successfully engaging outside the organization, you will provide superior customer service while developing strong relationships with growers and retailers.

  • Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will develop and execute strong business plans for results.
