RESPONSIBILITIES
Over a period of 18 to 24 months, you will have the opportunity to get to know the different business units of BASF Coatings and to gain deep insights into the controlling units. At the same time, you will build up a valuable and international network in the world's largest chemical company.
Together with you, we plan three to four rotations in which you willtake on both operational and strategic tasks in central controllingand business unit controlling. In this way, we prepare you togetherfor your later target function.
Right from the start, you will be given independent responsibilityfor (sub-)projects. In addition, you can contribute your ideas andcreativity to the development of digital controlling tools. Furtheryou will have the opportunity to work in AI projects.
As a contact person for the management, you will be involved inthe reporting of a business unit. In addition to the preparation andvisualization of data, you will derive recommendations for actionand thus actively support the management.
An assignment of three to six months abroad or to anothercorporate unit is an integral part of the program.
We will flexibly coordinate your start date with you.
QUALIFICATIONS
You don't bring everything? We don't mind! Instead, we are looking for convincing personalities.
master's degree in the field of economics, business administrationwith a focus on accounting and controlling or business informatics
first practical experience in the area of controlling and/or data &analytics
first project management experience
experience abroad in the form of internships or a semester abroad
experience in working with BI applications such as Tableau,PowerBI, etc.
fluent communication in English, knowledge of German languageis desirable
