RESPONSIBILITIES
You're planning the perfect start to your career and want the best possible entry into the professional world?
Over a period of 18 to 24 months, you will have the opportunity to get to know the different business units of BASF Coatings and to gain deep insights into the controlling units. At the same time, you will build up a valuable and international network in the world's largest chemical company.
Together with you, we plan three to four rotations in which you will take on both operational and strategic tasks in all aspects of engineering. In this way, together we prepare you for your future target function.
In the individual stations, you will gain a wide range of practical experience, e.g. in asset management at our production plants with a focus on maintenance and plant optimisation, in the planning and assembly phase of investment projects with the aim of optimising operational processes and expanding capacities, or in technology in the global development and optimisation of production processes.
Especially in our production plants, you can make a direct contribution and, for example, drive forward and implement activities for process improvements or process safety.
Right from the start, you will be given responsibility for your own projects and become part of interdisciplinary teams in which you can contribute your expertise and drive innovation. You can constantly expand your network within BASF Coatings and the BASF Group.
An assignment of three to six months abroad or to another corporate unit is an integral part of the program.
We will flexibly coordinate your start date with you.
QUALIFICATIONS
You don't bring everything? We don't mind! Instead, we are looking for convincing personalities.
master's degree in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering with contact to chemistry or similar fields of study
first practical experience in the field of engineering, for instance in the form of internships
first project management experience
experience abroad in the form of internships or a semester abroad
fluent communication in English and German
