RESPONSIBILITIES
During a period of 18 to 24 months, you will get to know the diverse People & Culture activities at BASF Coatings and become part of an international team. We see ourselves at People & Culture as an essential factor for the success of our business units.
Together with you, we will plan and define three to four rotations in which you will get to know both operational and strategic tasks in People & Culture.
You will be able to get involved in the entire process chain of People & Culture management, e.g., in the development of recruitment, employee development or People & Culture digitalization.
You will support the People & Culture units in advising executives at local, European, and global level.
In addition, you will receive independent responsibility for (partial) projects and actively work on strategic People & Culture topics. This will prepare you ideally for your target function, which we will also define together with you.
We will coordinate your starting date flexibly with you.
QUALIFICATIONS
You don't bring everything? We don't mind! Instead, we are looking for convincing personalities.
master's degree in (business) psychology, economics with a focus on HR and organization, HR management or HR analytics
intercultural competence through past stays abroad in form of internships or semesters abroad
affinity for digitalization and IT
moderation experience as well as a great willingness to drive change
stong communication skills and high motivation to take on responsibility in an international environment
confidence in written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
