Where the Chemistry Happens:

This position will work in a team environment under the supervision of Regional Coil Tech Lead to develop pretreatment products in support of the company’s innovation initiative for coil business.

Ingredients for Success:

  • Plan and conduct research activities as a project leader or under the guidance of a project leader to achieve project goals.

  • Formulate and develop new product. Modify standard products for improved performance. Participate in field product testing.

  • Develop procedures to assist in technology transfer from other companies or divisions. Devise necessary documents for raw materials and products.

  • Support sales and customers by providing accurate and timely results and lab reports.

Ingredients for Success:

  • BS/MS/Ph.D. in Chemistry or related fields with 3+ years technical experience.Metal pretreatment, surface chemistry, coating or polymers are preferred.

  • Bench working with hands on both lab experiments and applications

  • Research passion and self-learning with minimum supervising

  • Open mind and a good team player

  • Multi-task management and results orientated

  • Well planning and organizing for project Lab work, lab reports etc

  • Be able to travel to customer base on development needs

  • General lab wet chemical analysis. Advanced instrumentation skills are Plus

  • Effective written and oral commutation skills

  • Willing to step out comfort zone for more challenges
