Where the Chemistry Happens

The Sales Support Analyst will enhance business decision-making process by providing insightful and analytical recommendations using data to drive growth, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities. The individual is also responsible to drive automation to gain efficiencies across core activities and functions. Individual will also provide quality insights across sales management team and implement innovative ideas.

Formula for Success

  • Use technical and statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports

  • Build Intuitive interfaces and visualization to tell stories with data

  • Perform complex analysis to provide key summaries and recommendations

  • Become proficient in SAP, and Ocean to understand root cause of system issues, and provide feedback to IT staff for system/process improvements

  • Have good understanding of SalesForce CRM

  • Be a key contributor in the development of ecommerce platform

  • Actively participate in key sales support activities: Master Data maintenance, Pricing Maintenance, Monthly progress reports

  • Maintain close interaction with Sales Teams to understand current needs and recommend/implement streamlined systems/processes. Ingredients for Success

  • B.S. or greater in Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar fields

  • 2+ years of experience preferred working in a similar field

  • SAP and CRM experience preferred

  • Ecommerce experience

  • Strong Analytical and Strategic Thinking
