Formula for Success:
Salesforce administrator will support the ongoing development and maintenance of Chemetall/BASF’s Customer Success Platform
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
Manage data imports, database de-duping and cleanup
Maintain all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/ deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
Employ creative means to monitor and improve user adoption
Provide continuous training to end users, create new training material as well as update existing material available
Provide support to new users during onboarding process.
Run bi-weekly interaction session with Salesforce Champions to address any user issues, identify training gaps and maintain continuous exchange on the utility of the tool within the organization
Participate in Salesforce Power User network calls for collaboration with other business units within the organization
Support team members with Salesforce Tools in our organization
Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc.
Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality. Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency
Provide support with marketing cloud and service cloud based on requirements and upcoming projects
Ingredients for Success:
Bachelor’s degree required
1+ year experience as Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator certification required
Skills at crafting reports and dashboards, automating workflows and custom objects
Spanish skills preferred
