Essential Job Functions :

Maintenance Schedule

  • Facilitate the daily maintenance schedule update meeting

  • Ensure all PM’s are scheduled and complete by due dates

  • Build and update weekly schedule based upon supplied production unit input

  • Issue updated schedule each day

  • Monitor, track, and publish weekly PM compliance, schedule compliance, and backlog

SAP

  • Manage creation of and status changes to work orders

  • Enter craft hours and completion notes

  • Create and update spare parts, bill of materials, & material master information

Maintenance Processes

  • Update bad actors program and maintenance KPI’s monthly

  • Implement changes to maintenance procedures and technical standards following site processes

  • Assist in creating and updating annual outage schedule

  • Adhere to maintenance documentation workflow requirements.

Contractor Qualification

  • Communicate contractor qualification and training requirements to potential new contractors.

  • Assist with setting up vendors and contractors in SAP

Information Technology

  • Expert user for Microsoft Office Products, including Project, and PowerBI

  • Assist with computer / technology issues, including access requests and printer maintenance

Learning & Development

  • Maintain and update training records for maintenance organization

  • Responsible for monthly safety and group meetings

  • Onboard new maintenance employees

Administrative

  • Building Landlord for maintenance owned buildings

  • Event planning coordinator

  • Drive company vehicle locally (up to 1hr each way) to pick up parts

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • 2 years of relevant work experience related to the job roles & responsibilities

  • Strong computer skills and a demonstrated ability to learn new applications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to organize and run meetings and keep them on task and on time

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Degree

  • Experience working in a maintenance organization

  • Working knowledge of SAP maintenance modules
