Sales Representative – North Carolina (Remote) – 1802723
Where the Chemistry Happens
This is a field based position. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives in the Pest Control market while developing customer business relationships that create long term value for BASF and our customers. Sales reps will be responsible for implementation and execution of field tactical activities that maintain and grow our product portfolio. This position will function as BASF’s face to our customers as well as many other market influencers and industry partners. This position is also responsible for developing a professional and personal skill set that will impact business strategy and growth. The incumbent will be required to live in the territory, which consists of North Carolina.

Implement marketing programs with key retailers
Create demand for innovative products with key growers
Develop strong relationships with growers and retailers
Launch new products into this geography
Provide customer service for growers and retailers
Develop and execute strong business plans for results
